The 4 Best Subscription Boxes for Book Lovers (in Canada)

Living that book life isn’t always easy, especially when it comes to subscription boxes. I am a book subscription box addict. As much as I love books, the idea of getting a surprise book plus some extra bookish goods just has me living. It’s like a Kinder Surprise except I’m not allergic to them.

Unfortunately for me, it can be hard to get certain boxes if you’re Canadian. Book of the Month for example, is only open to U.S. Residents only. Other book services end up charging you nearly the same amount for shipping as you paid for the box which is a hard pill to swallow since the prices tend to be in USD.

The Best Value for Book Subscription Boxes in Canada

Okay, so I love books and bookish goods and I especially love Book Subscription Boxes. Just think of it! Once a month, you’re shipped an entire box of bookish goodies. It’s like Christmas except it comes once every month instead of once a year. It sounds perfect, right? There are so many subscription boxes that you should be able to find one that’s tailor-made for you and your interests. There’s just one little problem… They tend to only be great value if you’re an American.

PageHabit – Literary Fiction: June Unboxing

I have a book subscription box addiction and I think I need help. Send help, they are draining me dry! I had already sworn off buying any more book boxes for awhile when I found out about PageHabit. I had already subscribed to three different book boxes within a month and I was starting to reach the end of my disposable income in a big bad way, but PageHabit… ugh, how could you say no?

Getting a handwritten letter from an author is special enough, but some genius decided to add in sticky notes that the author has written so you get little annotations. It’s like that show from way back when where they would play music videos and have facts/trivia pop up during them.
